Hire a car and a Driver in London for the Day

 
You can also hire any of our vehicles with a driver for travel in and around London.
 
Mercedes Vianno or 'S' Class Executive Car for ½ day with Driver - £175, Full Day £315 
 
This includes any parking and congestion charges, and up to 40 miles of travel inside the M25. Excess mileage and travel outside of the M25 will be charged at £2.00 per mile.
 
Note: ½ day is classed as 4 hours, full day is 8 hours. Hourly rate is £40 per additional hour

Please Note: 1 additional hour will be added to all bookings for incurred 'traveling time' to and from your destination.

Complimentary mineral water and daily newspapers are provided in all our chauffeured vehicles.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

HOW DO I BOOK A VEHICLE

Once you have received your quotation a deposit will be required to secure your booking – this can be paid via credit/debit card or UK cheque as stated previously.  On receiving your deposit we will send you a booking document and you should check all details and notify us of any changes or errors

WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE

The balance to be paid in full 7 days PRIOR to the supply of our services – balance is taken from the same securing credit/debit card used to pay your deposit – payment by cheque  must be received by us not less that 14 days prior to hire date

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE

Yes,, should you require cancellation of your booking you should advise us by telephone followed by confirmation in e-mail or writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:- 7 days prior to hire – Deposit less £30 for admin charges, Cancellation 2 – 6 working hours prior to hire time – 50% of expected hire charge and Cancellation less than 2 working hours prior to hire time – 100% of expected hire charge
